WHAT COMPENSATION WILL YOU RECEIVE FROM A CYCLING ACCIDENT CLAIM?
There are many factors to consider when it comes to your compensation value. In addition to the injury itself caused by the cycling accident, our cycling lawyers will look at what affect the crash has had on your life. Some questions that will need answering are – did you need to take time off work? Did you incur additional expenses on public transport after the crash? Will you need prolonged physiotherapy or other treatment in the future? Each of our clients has a specific set of circumstances, however what they all have in common is a duty of care from us to work hard and help each client to achieve the maximum level of compensation from a cycling accident claim.

OUR CYCLING BUDDY
Since its inception in 1978, The London Cycling Campaign (LCC) has grown to having 12,000 members and an active local group in all 33 London boroughs. The LCC is recognised as the leading cycling charity in London and has campaigned tirelessly to make London a safer and more inviting city for cyclists as well as highlighting the health benefits of cycling.
We first got involved with the LCC in 2014 when we sponsored their annual cycling awards. When we heard that the LCC were looking for a new legal partner who had specialist experience in representing cyclists who had incurred cycle injuries in a collision we jumped at the chance to get involved.
Our partnership means that members (and non-members) of the LCC will be directed to us, should they need our help and advice. Our aim is to be more than just a legal partner though, but to get more involved with LCC campaigns and events
