Nicola Hall is a solicitor in the Personal Injury Department specialising in catastrophic injury claims, to include brain and spinal cord injuries, loss of limbs, fatalities, and severe psychiatric harm.
Nicola also has a special interest in Child Abuse Litigation representing victims of historic and recent abuse, pursuing claims both against local authorities and individuals.
Nicola has experience of dealing with Road Traffic Accidents, Public Liability Claims, Accidents within the Workplace and Criminal Injury Compensation Claims.
Nicola graduated from Swansea University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) 2:1 Degree and continued her legal studies at Nottingham Law School, completing the Legal Practice Course. Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
Away from the office Nicola supports Launchpad, a local homelessness charity in Reading. Nicola has been Social Secretary for the Berkshire, Buckingham, and Oxfordshire Junior Lawyer Division for three years and has competed in the Young Lawyer’s Enterprise Award, raising over £4,500 for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research with five other lawyers.
In her spare time, Nicola enjoys baking, running and travel.
Nicola is a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), The Association of Child Abuse Lawyers (ACAL) and The Law Society.
