    We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and aim to resolve all complaints by then as well, but if longer or more complex investigations are necessary, we will keep you informed of progress and provide our final response without undue delay.

    If you are unhappy with our final response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. If you wish to make a general complaint about another subject, please refer to our complaints procedure.
