Rob is a very experienced catastrophic injury solicitor, specialising in all aspects of serious injury claims.
Rob has been qualified as a solicitor for some 24 years and acts exclusively for Claimants. His cases involve injuries of the utmost severity such as brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations and multiple orthopaedic injuries, as well as debilitating pain syndromes and functional neurological disorders. He also has a vast experience in dealing with fatal accidents arising out of road traffic accidents (particularly involving cyclists), accidents at work and clinical negligence.
Rob’s first priority in any case is to assist where possible with any financial and rehabilitation needs, benefits and housing. He will then assemble the best medical and legal team to help pursue your claim for damages.
Rob is an accredited Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and has been appointed by the Law Society as an assessor on the Law Society Catastrophic Injury Accreditation Panel, which is an accreditation scheme for specialist solicitors in this field.
He also acts as a Trustee at Headway West Sussex, a branch of the national charity, assisting brain injured people in the West Sussex area. He fundraises for the charity in various ways throughout the year.
In his spare time Rob is a keen road cyclist and can be seen in the Surrey Hills most weekends. He also enjoys watching his children play various competitive sports.
