Sam is an Associate Solicitor in Osbornes’ Catastrophic Injury Department, specialising in high value and complex injury claims, to include brain and spinal cord injuries, loss of limbs, fatalities, and severe psychiatric harm.
Sam joined Osbornes as a trainee in 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, before becoming an Associate in 2016, building up a wealth of experience acting for Claimants in Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident cases. Sam also enjoys productive relationships with many of the leading Personal Injury barristers in London.
Sam runs his own case load of high value claims including several valued at in excess of £1million. He believes in seeking justice for his clients by offering clear and concise legal advice.
Sam’s recent cases includes:
- Acting for a 35 year old man in a multimillion pound claim after he suffered a below knee amputation as a result of an accident on a construction site whilst at work;
- Being part of the Osbornes Catastrophic Injuries team representing the husband of the only female victim of the Croydon Tram crash in 2016;
- Representing a 29 year old woman who has suffered a traumatic brain injury following a RTA in a claim valued at over £1million;
- Representing the husband and daughter of a 25 year old woman who was fatally injured following a fire in her flat.
Sam is an Accredited Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
In his spare time Sam enjoys playing football, cycling and running around after his two young daughters.
