Sam is an Associate Solicitor in Osbornes’ Catastrophic Injury Department, specialising in high value and complex injury claims, to include brain and spinal cord injuries, loss of limbs, fatalities, and severe psychiatric harm.
Sam joined Osbornes as a trainee in 2009 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, before becoming an Associate in 2016, building up a wealth of experience acting for Claimants in Employers’ Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident cases. Sam also enjoys productive relationships with many of the leading Personal Injury barristers in London.
Sam runs his own case load of high value claims including several valued at in excess of £1million. He believes in seeking justice for his clients by offering clear and concise legal advice.
Sam’s recent cases includes:
1. Representing a 29 year old woman who has suffered a traumatic brain injury following a RTA in a claim valued at over £1million
2. Being part of the Osbornes Catastrophic Injuries team representing the husband of the only female victim of the Croydon Tram crash in 2016.
3. Acting for a man who suffered a below knee amputation following an accident on a construction site whilst at work;
4. Representing the daughter of a 42 year old man who died as a result of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Sam is an Accredited Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the London Cycling Campaign (LCC).
In his spare time Sam enjoys playing football and cycling.
