  • Securing an admission of liability on a cerebral palsy matter resulting in an initial interim payment of nearly £400,000. This case is anticipated to be valued in excess of £10 million.
  • Successful settlement of a case involving a young man with an Erb’s Palsy injury and who received in excess of £500,000 for his pain and suffering, his past and future care and loss of earnings.
  • Acted for a young client who received a contaminated kidney during organ transplant surgery. The client received over £200,000 for his pain and suffering, past and future care and loss of earnings.
