£300,000 after a hit-and-run

Siobhan McIvor settled this claim after an uninsured driver deliberately knocked over a pedestrian, who suffered brain and psychological injuries and multiple fractures. The Motor Insurers’ Bureau first offered £250,000, which our client rejected, and the claim settled for £300,000 without court proceedings.

£150,000 for a pedestrian hit by a learner driver
