Munkabalesetek
A munkadók kötelessége biztonságos munkahelyet teremteni az alkalmazottak számára és megfelelő munkaeszközöket, amelyek alkalmasak minden feladat elvégzésére. Munkahelyén rendszeres kockázati felmérést kell végezni, igy csökkentve a balesetek és sérülések kockázatát. A személyi sérülés sajnos gyakori a munkahelyeken.
Mikor baleset történik, a következőket foglalja magába:
- Botlások és csúszások
- Tárgy általi ütés, mint pl. létra vagy polcok
- Magasból való lezuhanás
- Gépekkel történő balesetek
- Égések, forrázások
- Roncsolt törések
- Halálesetek
Más balesetek típusokhoz tartoznak:
- Amputálás és végtag elvesztése miatti igények
- Autó- és közúti balesetek
- Tömegközlekedésben történő baleset
- Kerékpáros baleset
- Komoly traumás sérülések
- Motorkerékpáros balesetek
- Látás elvesztése
Kárigénylés
A baleset történése után 3 évig van módja kárigénylését beadni.
Ellátás, Kezelés és időközi kifizetés
Előnyére válhat, ha minél hamarabb kapcsolatba lép velünk, hiszen megfelelő kezeléssel a szakorvosok segíthetik a gyógyulását. Időközi kifizetés is megvalósítható, csakúgy, mint tanácsadás más juttatásokkal kapcsolatban.
