9 Jun 2020 | Rob Aylott

Rob Aylott, senior solicitor in the Personal Injury team has recently been confirmed as an APIL Accredited Fatal Accidents Specialist (AFAS).

Already an APIL Senior Litigator Rob demonstrated to the APIL independent panel that he holds further competencies in the specialist field of conducting cases resulting from a bereavement.

Rob has many years’ experience of managing and progressing fatal accident cases on behalf of families, acting exclusively for claimants. Commenting on the recognition, Rob said “I am pleased to receive this independent recognition of my expertise as, I hope it provides further reassurance to my clients that I am able to establish, assert and effectively enforce the rights of a client damaged or disadvantaged by bereavement. In my experience, fatal accidents caused by someone else’s negligence have a devastating effect on family members and that is why I remain committed to helping them gain justice.”

Rob has over 20 years of dealing with serious injury claims.
