Housing Solicitor
We are recruiting for a full-time solicitor with experience in housing law to join our expanding and award-winning Housing and Social Care team. Experience in community care and public law would also be desirable, but not essential.
The role will provide an exciting opportunity for the successful solicitor to handle a diverse caseload.
Applications from solicitors of 2-year PQE and above will be considered.
The successful candidate will be given responsibility over their caseload from the outset and are expected to have good knowledge of the law, current policies and legal aid. The successful candidate will also be supported by a close team of colleagues within an open plan office.

Personal Injury Paralegal
An opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the personal injury team to assist one of its partners.
This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a highly respected team. The role includes liaising with some of the country’s leading medical experts and counsel, as well as speaking to clients and their families, so a professional, sensitive and personable approach is required. Assisting on all aspects of personal injury litigation, the role affords an excellent opportunity to develop a range of skills and contacts essential for anyone wanting to progress in this area of law or more generally in county court and high court litigation.
The ideal candidate will be bright, articulate and enthusiastic. They must have a positive, compassionate attitude towards individuals with disabilities, and a genuine desire to help better the lives of people with injuries of the utmost severity.
Previous experience of assisting a personal injury solicitor/partner is preferable but not essential. A good degree mark (a solid 2:1 or above, but not necessarily a law degree, is required from a good university). It is not a requirement to have completed the LPC, but candidates ultimately seeking a training contract with Osbornes are encouraged to apply, as are those looking to pursue a different route to qualification as a solicitor.

Personal Injury Hungarian speaking Paralegal
We have a vacancy for a Hungarian speaking paralegal in our award winning PI department.
There are currently 48 members of the department, including eight partners, and we work out of the firm’s Camden office.
The successful applicant will be fluent in Hungarian and English, and have experience of assisting with case work, but not necessarily of running a case load. We require excellent communication skills, proficient IT skills and an ability to operate document and case management software.
We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Property Litigation Solicitor
Osbornes’ Property Litigation team is looking to recruit a solicitor between 5 -10 PQE to join its growing team based in the Camden and Hampstead offices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to generate new work assisting with business development and supporting the growth of the team.
You will be dealing with a range of disputes including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes such as rent recovery, possession and forfeiture claims
- Enforcement of easements/rights of way and restrictive covenants
- Beneficial interest disputes
- Party Wall disputes
Experience in construction disputes could be an advantage.
Candidates will also have the ability to work well in a team, show excellent initiative and ability to think on their feet. The firm offers supportive, friendly and open culture and working environment as well as flexible and hybrid working. There are excellent prospects for the right candidate.
