Osbornes Law has been rated as Outstanding Place to Work by ‘Best Companies’

Launched in 2001 Best Companies to Work For Lists and Best Companies Accreditation are now recognised as the standard in workplace engagement. The accreditation is awarded to organisations of all sizes after surveying staff, the results of which remain anonymous.

Staff are surveyed on eight key values of the organisation they work for including questions on the senior leadership team, career progression, teamwork, well-being and giving back to the community.

Osbornes achieved two out of three stars which means the firms is an outstanding place to work.

The firm scored highly across all values, and especially well in the areas of personal growth and career development and confidence in the senior leadership team. Our staff also highlighted that senior managers are visible and approachable.

In addition to the ranking, Best Companies have also released there annual recognition league tables. Osbornes appear in 3 tables and has been ranked as a:

• Top 25 mid-sized Companies to work for in London.
• Top 25 Best Law Firm to work for in the UK.

Osbornes has seen record growth and is now home to twenty-six partners and over 140 members of staff. The firm already known for its low staff turnover and boasts a leadership team that includes:

• 16 female partners.
• 6 partners who trained at the firm.
• 7 partners who have been at the firm for over 20 years; and
• 19 partners who were promoted internally.
