Below are the answers to some questions you may have before beginning the claims process.
Do I have a personal injury claim?
If you have been injured and someone else was at fault you probably do.
We run cases on a No Win No Fee basis and so if we take your case on you can be assured that we think you will succeed. We rarely lose.
How does the personal injury claims process work?
We investigate and obtain the evidence we need to prove your case to the opponent’s insurers. If they admit liability we will look to settle at maximum compensation in minimum time. If they do not we will, with your agreement, pursue the case to court.
What will it cost to make a personal injury claim?
To allow us to operate a No Win No Fee system we have to charge a ‘Success Fee’ if you win your claim. In April 2013 the Government changed then law and so now (under the Legal Aid Sentencing & Punishment of Offenders Act 2012) the success fee is no longer payable by the defendant but by you. On contacting us we will of course explain in more detail how this fee works and whether, depending on your case any other charges may apply.
