Lesión en la cabeza por un resbalón en el trabajo
Laura Swaine consiguió un acuerdo recientemente en la reclamación de un accidente laboral para una clienta que resbaló en el trabajo. Este caso se resolvió sin acuerdo de responsabilidad y la clienta pudo conseguir una buena indemnización.
Nuestra clienta se golpeó la cabeza en una máquina mientras estaba trabajando
Nuestra clienta estaba trabajando en la cadena de producción para la parte contraria y en las instalaciones mencionadas. Se tenía que cambiar los guantes y, al girarse, pisó la piel de una piña que estaba en el suelo y se resbaló, la demandante cayó de espaldas y se golpeó la cabeza contra la máquina.
Se hizo una brecha en la cabeza y la ingresaron en el hospital, ahí vieron un coágulo de sangre. Al principio, Laura estaba preocupada por la gravedad de la lesión en la cabeza de nuestra clienta, pero volvió al trabajo bastante rápido tras el accidente y no tuvo síntomas permanentes de la lesión.
Laura inició procedimientos judiciales
La aseguradora negó responsabilidad y, tras terminar con las pruebas médicas, Laura inició los procedimientos judiciales. Después, el abogado de la parte contraria entró en la negociación y se acordó una compensación que dejó a nuestra clienta satisfecha.
