Compensación para una ciclista atropellada
La abogada de accidentes de bicicleta, Phoebe Walliss, ha llegado a un acuerdo recientemente para una ciclista que fue atropellada por un coche cuando el vehículo giraba a la derecha en una intersección, cruzándose en su camino. Supuestamente, el conductor no paró en el lugar del accidente, pero, afortunadamente, un peatón que vio el accidente siguió al conductor y le hizo una fotografía a la matrícula del vehículo y luego se la envió a nuestra clienta.
La aseguradora admite la responsabilidad
La aseguradora aceptó la responsabilidad, aunque el otro conductor intentó alegar que no estuvo en el lugar del accidente. Nuestra clienta se fracturó el codo y tuvo contusiones en los tejidos blandos y rozaduras en el brazo, la cadera y la pierna. Se vio en la obligación de coger la baja más de un mes en su puesto de trabajo en una reconocida organización benéfica.
Se llegó a un buen acuerdo
Tras obtener un informe médico de un experto en urgencias, Phoebe pudo negociar un buen acuerdo para su clienta.
