Andrew Middlehurst, abogado especialista en accidentes de bicicleta en Osbornes Law, ha conseguido una compensación de unas £90 000 para un ciclista. Este iba por delante en la entrada de un curso de golf y un Ferrari deportivo giró a la derecha, se metió en medio y lo tiró de la bici. Andrew calculó cuál fue el impacto económico total provocado por las lesiones, lo que incluye la pérdida de ganancias al tener que cambiar de trabajo o la imposibilidad de poder ganar el mismo nivel de comisiones en su nuevo puesto, el coste de los tratamientos privados y los cuidados de sus familiares. Andrew contó con el asesoramiento de un barrister para este caso.
