Un acuerdo de £30 000 por un accidente ciclista en una rotonda

Nicola Hall, abogada especialista en accidentes de bicicleta, representó hace poco a un ciclista que sufrió una lesión acromioclavicular de alto grado en el lado derecho (se trata de una articulación del hombro donde se unen dos huesos) que requiere estabilización quirúrgica aguda y, además, un trastorno de adaptación moderado durante un periodo de 3 meses.

El ciclista iba por una rotonda con la intención de seguir recto. De repente y sin avisar, el conductor se metió en la rotonda y chocó con el ciclista.

Aunque los hechos estaban claros, el conductor no admitió responsabilidad. Nicola instruyó a un experto cirujano ortopédico y a un experto psiquiatra para hablar de las lesiones del ciclista y obtuvo la declaración de un testigo independiente.

Tras las negociaciones, Nicola consiguió una compensación de £30 000 para su cliente.
