Ian Moore

Ian obtained his law degree from the University of Cambridge in 2007 and then spent close to nine years working for a leading firm of solicitors in Cardiff.


Having enjoyed broad exposure to the full spectrum of Private Client work, Ian has considerable experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters in the following areas:

  • Wills
  • Probate and Estate Administration
  • Trusts
  • Powers of Attorney
  • The Court of Protection
  • Estate Planning


In particular, Ian is often asked to advise on challenges to the validity of wills and claims against deceased estates. He is also regularly instructed in high-value, complex estate administrations and cases involving vulnerable persons, which require particular care and sensitivity.


Ian is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
