Private Client Solicitor

A new vacancy has opened up for a private client solicitor, to join our highly regarded and rapidly expanding 20-person-strong Private Client department, led by  Jan Atkinson, who is ranked as a leading lawyer in Chambers HNW, the Spears HNW guide, and also listed in the Tatler address book.

The successful applicant will ideally be a 4 years plus, PQE solicitor and also either STEP qualified, or working towards said qualification.

The role will involve non-contentious cases focusing mainly on wills, estate and trust administrations and estate planning. The candidate will therefore have experience dealing with private client matters such as these, within a fast paced environment. We will however accept CV’s from exceptional candidates with less experience, but display the skill set we are looking for. We require practiced and proficient client communication skills, along with an advanced IT skill set, and the ability to run ones own case load.

Hungarian Speaking Paralegal

We have a new vacancy for a Hungarian speaking paralegal in our award winning Personal Injury department.

There are currently 48 members of the department, including eight partners,  all working out of our Camden office.

The successful applicant will be fluent in both Hungarian and English, and have experience of assisting with case work, but not necessarily of running a case load. We require excellent communication skills, a proficient IT skill-set and basic ability to operate document and case management software. You will however be trained to use the firm’s client management system.

The Personal Injury department at Osbornes is one of the largest and busiest in London. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you will need to be able to prioritise tasks, work efficiently with a strong attention to detail, action instructions from senior members of the team, assist said senior members with their caseload, and most importantly demonstrate a proactive attitude. This is a key part of the role, along with engaging in client communication on a regular basis. These skills are therefore also required.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within personal injury law, however we will accept CVs from exceptional candidates with less experience, but who have the skill set we are looking for.

The role includes dealing with complex, and high value matters, along with assisting with our leading business development team.
