Personal Injury Executive/Paralegal
Osbornes Law is an award-winning private client London law firm with a reputation for excellence. The firm was established in Camden in 1973, and since then has grown to around 130 lawyers and staff, with offices in Camden and Hampstead.
The Osbornes Law personal injury department is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories; we have very low attrition rates, so this is a rare opportunity to join a collegiate and happy team. There are currently 37 members of the department, including six partners, and we work out of the firm’s Camden office.
We require a personal injury legal executive/paralegal case worker to join the team: to run and manage a caseload of portal personal injury claims. The position is to start in April 2021.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, and must have experience of the claims portal. Proficient IT skills and an ability to operate document and case management software generating all legal forms, letters and documents.
We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Litigation Paralegal
Enthusiastic paralegals required to assist senior solicitors in our busy housing, community care and public law practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a leading team and individuals ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories. The department is renowned for its work achieving justice for the most marginalised in society.
We are recruiting for two roles, one of which would be to support senior solicitors with age dispute challenges brought on behalf of vulnerable unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. The other role would be to support a partner with his varied caseload in housing, public law, community care and welfare benefits challenges, with an emphasis on Judicial Review.
Experience within these subjects, and others areas of housing, community care and public law, is an advantage.
There are opportunities for progression within the firm. Many of our solicitors started as paralegals before going onto secure training contracts and then qualifying at the firm.
