Personal Injury Paralegal – Spanish speaking
Osbornes’ Personal Injury department is one of the largest and most successful in London.
We are ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers directories and undertake a wide range of work.
We specialise in high value and complex claims with a number of the team being recognised as leaders in their field. There are 55 members of the department, based at the firm’s Camden office.
The firm is also ranked as a leading law firm in The Times Best Law Firm Guide and recognised as an ‘Outstanding’ place to work by Best Companies, including a top 5 ranking for best mid-sized company to work for in London and best law firm to work for in the UK.
This role involves working closely with partners and senior solicitors on their cases and on new enquiries. Suitably qualified applicants may also have their own small case load.
The successful applicant will have excellent academics, including legal qualifications, and will be fluent in Spanish and English. Ideally, they will have experience of working as a paralegal. They will also require excellent IT skills.

Litigation Solicitor
We are recruiting for a full-time solicitor with experience in housing law to join our expanding and award-winning litigation legal aid team. Experience in community care and public law would also be desirable, but not essential.
The role will provide an exciting opportunity for the successful solicitor to handle a diverse caseload and to make a positive difference for vulnerable people in society.
Applications from solicitors of 1-year PQE and above will be considered.
The successful candidate will be given responsibility over their caseload from the outset and are expected to have good knowledge of the law, current policies, and legal aid. The successful candidate will also be supported by a close team of colleagues within an open plan office.

Osbornes Law is an award-winning London firm based primarily in Camden Town. The litigation legal aid team is ranked in Band 1 in the Legal 500 for Social Housing, and Band 3 for Public Law. The team is known for its diverse practice and commitment to vulnerable clients. Two solicitors in the department were named Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year in 2019 in the Social & Welfare and Children’s Rights categories respectively.
The team seek to take on complex legal challenges to help their clients and would welcome a dedicated solicitor who is interested in a varied and rewarding role to join the team.

NQ Solicitor – Medical Negligence Department
We have an exciting opportunity for a junior Solicitor from NQ to 3 years PQE to join our award winning medical negligence team. The department partners are recognised as leaders in the field with Law Society and AvMA specialist accreditations. The department is ranked by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners legal directories. Osbornes Law is also ranked as a leading law firm in The Times Best Law Firm Guide and as an ‘outstanding’ place to work by Best Companies.
The successful candidate will have their own caseload, working on a broad range of medical negligence matters, with the opportunity to support senior members of the team with complex and high value litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing merits of prospective new matters
- Obtaining initial instructions, undertaking preliminary research and evaluating client documentation
- Maintain regular communications with clients and colleagues
- Prepare written advices to include settlement advice
- Drafting statements, instructions to Counsel and experts
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Empathy and resilience when working with vulnerable clients.

Paralegal – Medical Negligence Department
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our award winning medical negligence team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside two supervising Solicitors on a broad range of medical negligence matters, including complex and high value litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of statements from clients and witnesses
- Undertaking legal research
- Preparing schedules of documents
- Preparing electronic bundles
- Assisting with costs, payment of experts and disbursements
- General administration, including filing, diary arrangements and supporting business development
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Empathy and resilience when working with vulnerable clients.

Children Law Solicitor – Senior Associate
We have a vacancy for a Senior Associate Solicitor in our award-winning Children Team. The team is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 and the firm is also ranked as a leading law firm in The Times Best Law Firm Guide and recognised as an ‘Outstanding’ place to work by Best Companies.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in public law children work.
- 6+ PQE
- Law Society Children Panel accreditation is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Represent children, parents and family members in care proceedings and private law children cases. Previous experience in adoption work is desirable.
- Experience and willingness to undertake advocacy.
- Maintain excellent client care standards, particularly in sensitive and complex cases.
- Support junior fee earners and contribute to their supervision.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the department’s profile through networking, training, or publications.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
