Paralegal case handler: Personal Injury Department

We have a vacancy for a fast track/intermediate track case handler in our award winning PI department.

The position is to start as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a highly respected team. The role will include handling your own caseload of mostly fast-track cycling accident claims, with the opportunity to litigate some of those cases.

You must have experience in dealing with cycling fast track claims. Experience in running a caseload and working to targets is also required. You will need to have excellent communication and IT skills including an ability to operate document and case management software.

A good degree mark (a solid 2:1 or above), but not necessarily a law degree, is required. It is not a requirement to have completed the LPC, but candidates ultimately seeking a training contract with Osbornes are encouraged to apply, as are those looking to pursue a different route to qualification as a solicitor.

There are 48 members of the department, including 9 partners, who work out of the firm’s Camden office. The department is ranked as one of London’s leading personal injury teams in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

We offer a competitive salary dependent on experience along with a range of additional benefits.
