Osbornes were instructed on behalf of a disabled tenant who had been decanted from her temporary accommodation for some three years whilst the local authority carried out repairs which should have taken months to repair. Court proceedings were issued by this firm due to the severe nature of the disrepair.
Counsel has now advised recently that our client’s general damages are in the region of £36,000.00.
