L.S, avocat asociat de la Osbornes Law, a soluționat o cerere de despăgubire de peste 70.000 de lire sterline pentru o biciclistă.
Reclamanta mergea cu bicicleta de-a lungul unui drum principal pe o bandă de biciclete cu un prieten, când pârâtul, care conducea în sens opus, a virat pe partea lor de drum, doborându-i pe amândoi.
Ca urmare a coliziunii, reclamanta a suferit fracturi la coloana vertebrală, împreună cu o fractură de pelvis. Pârâta a fost inițial de acord cu recupererea timpurie, dar a decis în schimb să facă o ofertă de soluționare anticipată. În acest stadiu, pelvisul reclamantei nu se sudase în mod corespunzător. Laura a obținut un tratament cu finanțare privată pentru reclamantă, pentru a-i permite să înceapă fizioterapie și să continue investigațiile radiologice pentru a stabili amploarea problemelor care continuau să apară la nivelul pelvisului.
