What are the steps in the conveyancing process?

1. Review contracts of sale, lease agreements etc. and negotiate any required amendments. 2. Investigate the title to the property to ensure the seller/leaseholder legally owns the property. 3. Carrying out checks and searches for any issues that might affect the property 4. Handle the exchange of contracts, making the deal legally binding. 5. Handle the transfer of funds. 6. Ensure Stamp Duty and any other relevant costs are paid. 7. Register the transaction with HM Land Registry.

How much does conveyancing cost?

Our fees are based on a variety of factors including the value of the property, the complexity of the transaction or whether you are the buyer or seller of the property or if you are buying and selling at the same time.
