Family law award nomination for Osbornes Law

The family team at Osbornes have been shortlisted as finalists at the Family Law Awards 2023.
Our family department are one of only eight firms in London who have been shortlisted for Family Law Firm of the Year 2023.
The finalists and eventual winners of each category will be chosen by a judging panel made up of the heads of associations including, the Family Law Bar Association, Resolution and the Association of Lawyers for Children.
To be considered for this award the department had to demonstrate the quality of legal services offered through independent kitemarks awarded to the team and client testimonials, the broad range of family law cases the firm is instructed in, including divorce and financial matters and international children issues, the pro-bono initiatives the firm is involved with that benefit local communities and other awards or memberships the team belongs to.
Our family and divorce lawyers are also regularly called upon by the media to comment on decisions and policy.
The head of our family department, Mark Freedman comments:
“2023 has been a very important year for the firm and the family department. In addition to celebrating our 50th year, the department has welcomed Maria Kitsiou, Lauren Hall and Yael Selig to the partnership. Maria has been with Osbornes for over twenty years and is now Head of Domestic Children. Lauren joins us from Russell Cooke as Head of International Children. Yael joined Osbornes in September 2023 from Ince and Co and will be leading the family team based at our Hampstead office. Over the summer we were also delighted to announce further internal promotions. Underpinning our growing team is our commitment to continue providing our clients with the best legal advice and client care. To be shortlisted for family law firm of the year in London for the third year consecutive year is a huge achievement for the team.
