Incidente en un campo de fresas

Nuestra clienta estaba en el trabajo, iba caminando con cajas de fresas y el pie se le hundió en el barro y se cayó. Estaba en una ruta designada cuando el barro le causó la caída y se lesionó el tobillo. Fue trasladada a urgencias, donde se comprobó que tenía una fractura.

El apoyo de los testigos en un caso complejo

Al principio, la parte contraria negó tener conocimiento del accidente e insistió en que nunca se informó de ello, pero Snezhina Yankova, representante de nuestra clienta, consiguió declaraciones favorables de varios testigos que confirmaron que el accidente había tenido lugar.

Un buen acuerdo para la demandante

La reclamación por el accidente en la granja se resolvió con éxito a favor de la demandante y Snezhina consiguió una compensación de £10, 500 para su clienta. En la cifra se tuvo en cuenta el tiempo que nuestra clienta no pudo trabajar.
