Victoria is a Foreign Qualified Lawyer in the family team and a native French speaker.
She handles all aspects of private family law work, including divorce and finances, prenuptial agreements and child arrangements.
Victoria leads Osbornes Law’s Anglo-French desk with partner Yael Selig. Her work focuses primarily on Anglo-French family law cases. She assists French-speaking clients with interests in England and English clients with interests in France, advising on English law (under supervision of a solicitor) and providing advice in either English or French as required.
Victoria has particular experience in jurisdiction and forum disputes involving families with Anglo-French connections. She also advises clients on the choice between a French marriage contract and an English prenuptial agreement. She works closely with French lawyers and notaires.
Victoria studied in France and the United States. She obtained a Master 1 in Business Law from Paris Dauphine University PSL in 2019, an LLM in American Law from Boston University in 2020 and a Master 2 in Private International Law from Panthéon-Assas University Paris II in 2021. She then qualified as an Attorney in New York in 2022 and as an Avocat in Paris in 2023.
Before joining Osbornes in August 2023, she worked as a paralegal in family law firms in Paris and London, where she acquired experience on cross-border cases.
Victoria is one of the founders of the organisation French Legal Professionals in London.

Victoria dirige le département anglo-français d’Osbornes Law aux côtés de l’associée Yael Selig. Son activité est principalement consacrée aux dossiers anglo-français de droit de la famille. Elle accompagne les clients francophones ayant des intérêts en Angleterre ainsi que les clients anglais ayant des intérêts en France, en les conseillant sur le droit anglais (sous la supervision d’un solicitor) et en leur fournissant des conseils en français ou en anglais selon leurs besoins.
Victoria possède une expérience particulière des litiges de compétence juridictionnelle et de forum impliquant des familles ayant des liens avec la France et l’Angleterre. Elle conseille également ses clients sur le choix entre un contrat de mariage français et un contrat prénuptial anglais. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec des avocats et notaires français.
Victoria a étudié en France et aux États-Unis. Elle a obtenu un Master 1 en droit des affaires à l’Université Paris Dauphine-PSL en 2019, un LLM en droit américain à Boston University en 2020 puis un Master 2 en droit international privé à l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas en 2021. Elle est ensuite devenue avocate au barreau de New York en 2022 puis au barreau de Paris en 2023.
Avant de rejoindre Osbornes Law en août 2023, Victoria a travaillé comme juriste au sein de cabinets spécialisés en droit de la famille à Paris et à Londres, où elle a acquis une solide expérience en matière de dossiers transfrontaliers.
Victoria est l’une des fondatrices de l’association French Legal Professionals in London.
