Joanne specialises in high net worth divorce and finances, as well as children matters including disputes over child arrangements. Legal 500 featured Joanne as a rising star and next generation lawyer.
Prior to her leave, Joanne represented Maria Mills in the widely reported Supreme Court case. She writes on family law matters and provides commentary to press and media, which has included speaking to Sky News.
“I am delighted to be returning from maternity leave to the Family Department at Osbornes Law. Disputes within the family may have been heightened during these times and under lockdown restrictions but with the Court system under extreme pressure it is now even more important to consider alternative dispute resolution methods to settle any issues regarding child arrangements and finances quickly and cost-effectively, avoiding if possible the long delays involved in court proceedings”.
Joanne returns today – Monday, 1 June and is able to offer an initial fixed fee appointment via Zoom for £330 including VAT which includes an hours’ consultation and follow-up written advice. For further information see Joanne’s profile
