Una nacional húngara recién casada falleció tras ser atropellada por un coche que se dio a la fuga.
El conductor, que había excedido el límite de velocidad, abatió y se llevó la vida de la ciclista que regresaba a casa por la mañana temprano después de trabajar. El conductor iba a más de 80 km/h en una zona cuyo límite es de 32 km/h. Cuando estaba intentando adelantar a otro coche, chocó contra la ciclista golpeándole la cabeza. El conductor la abatió con tal brutalidad que la bicicleta se partió en dos. A continuación, se dio a la fuga y abandonó el coche, dejándola moribunda en la cuneta. La ciclista falleció trágicamente a consecuencia de las múltiples lesiones. El conductor fue condenado a 6 años de prisión.
