To confirm the authenticity of any document is crucial. When involved in personal or business transactions you need to be sure all documents fully comply with any regulations that are in place and fit the requirements of any relevant jurisdiction.

Elspeth Neilson is a qualified notary public able to act for individuals and companies in the authentication, execution and legalisation of documents for use abroad.  This includes:

What is a notary public?

Notaries are lawyers appointed by the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury, who are able to prepare documents, and witness, authenticate and certify documents for use abroad.  Elspeth is able to act for individuals and companies, and can also assist with the legalisation of documents.

Fees

Notary fees start at £80 to £100 (excluding VAT) plus disbursements, depending on precise requirements.
