What is a notary public?
Notaries are lawyers appointed by the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury, who are able to prepare documents, and witness, authenticate and certify documents for use abroad. Elspeth is able to act for individuals and companies, and can also assist with the legalisation of documents.

Notary fees start at £150+VAT to £250+VAT plus disbursements, depending on precise requirements.
