Originally from Manchester, Sam moved to Leeds in 2018 to study for a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. After graduating in 2021, Sam spent two years working for the NHS in Leeds, carrying out a variety of administrative roles. During this period, Sam also spent time travelling around South America.
After returning from travelling, Sam completed his PgDL at the University of Law in Manchester, graduating in 2024. Sam has spent time volunteering for Citizens Advice and Greater Manchester Law Centre, experiences which helped push him towards a career in social welfare law.
