Maria Elliot is a Senior Associate in the Property Department, with more than 20 years’ experience at Osbornes Law advising clients on residential property matters.
Maria joined Osbornes in 2004 and specialises in residential conveyancing. She advises on a wide range of property transactions, from straightforward sales and purchases to more complex matters involving land, refinancing, equity release and new-build properties.
Maria takes a practical and personal approach to each transaction, keeping clients informed and helping to ensure that matters progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Her approachable manner, attention to detail and personal service have enabled her to develop long-standing relationships with many of her clients over the years.
Maria studied Law at the London School of Economics, where she also completed her Master’s in Law. She is a member of the Law Society’s Property Law Section, helping her stay abreast of developments in property law and practice.
Outside work, Maria enjoys long country walks with her dog and trips to the theatre.
