Read moreJosie is a Senior Associate at Osbornes Law and specialises in medical negligence litigation. She has over 20 year’s experience and prior to qualifying as a solicitor in 2002 she was a Chartered Physiotherapist.
She has a particular interest in child brain injury, caused by obstetric negligence and in gynecological cases, representing a number of clients who have suffered life changing physical and psychological injury, following negligent vaginal mesh surgery.
Josie has represented a number of bereaved families at inquest, where loved ones have lost their lives through negligent surgical care, delays in diagnoses of serious medical conditions by GPs, or in A & E and negligent mental health care. She has secured a number of 6 and 7 figure settlements, in financial dependency claims.
Josie is an accredited Association of Personal Injuries (APIL) senior litigator.
Away from work, Josie enjoys Pilates and tennis, cooking and entertaining for family and friends and spending time in Italy, whilst trying to learn Italian.
