Guy Osborn
Guy is the Head of the Commercial Property and Leasehold Reform departments.
Commercial Property:
Guy deals with all aspects of commercial property including:
- acquisitions and sales
- the grant of new leases and assignment of existing ones
- 1954 Act renewals and ancillary matters such as licences to sub-let or alter
He acts for both landlords and tenants and handles deals involving a diverse range of property from landmark buildings, in the West End, to kebab shops on Green Lanes. Guy provides his clients with a high quality, specialist service at competitive rates and has a personable ‘can do’ attitude.
Leasehold Reform:
Guy also heads up the Leasehold Reform team dealing with
- lease extensions
- enfranchisements and applications for the right to manage on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants
He has substantial experience in this complex area having dealt with it since 2001 and has the support of an excellent specialist property team.
Having qualified in 1998 Guy joined the firm in August 2001. He became a partner in 2006.
Personal interests:
Guy enjoys eating, drinking and house music, he also has two young daughters who find him extremely embarrassing!
