Janina is an Associate in the Litigation department at Osbornes Law.

She specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property litigation, including:

• landlord and tenant disputes
• repossessions
• rent recovery and debt recovery
• lease issues and breach of covenants

• residential property management disputes and service charge recovery
• commercial lease 1954 Act renewals
• dilapidations

Janina assists clients to achieve their objectives in a timely, pragmatic and cost effective manner, whether that be through negotiation, mediation, or litigation to obtain successful outcomes.

Highlights:

• Acted for a property owner and obtained a High Court injunction to prevent building works to a commercial leased building without landlord permission.
• Represented landlords in numerous First Tier Property Tribunal cases in various service charge disputes and Right to Manage applications.
• Trespass claim against a large group of squatters who broke into a commercial building and attempted to reside there whilst also intercepting the electrical supply, achieving a successful eviction and having the building re-secured.

Janina is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
