Compensación para el trabajador húngaro por accidente en el trabajo
El trabajador húngaro de una fábrica consigue una compensación después de que un montacargas le pasara por encima del pie en el trabajo
Los montacargas son una causa común de accidentes laborales por error humano del conductor y debido a que la empresa no tiene los sistemas adecuados para garantizar que el riesgo que corran sus empleados por esta causa sea el mínimo posible.

Rehabilitación y negociación de la compensación
Osbornes Law consiguió que el demandante se beneficiara de la rehabilitación médica financiada por la aseguradora de la empresa y, siguiendo sus consejos, el cliente rechazó varias ofertas que oscilaban entre las £25 000 y las £75 000, antes de aceptar una oferta de £85 000.
