Stuart Kightley speaks to BBC London News

News article published on: 19th November 2019

BBC London news reported last night, on the injury and death of an 85 year old man who fell in a London car park and died a few days later. Since then, when the weather has been bad the car park has been closed which has affected local residents and other business users.

Stuart Kightley, our Managing Partner and Head of Personal Injury cautioned businesses to follow the law and take the necessary steps to ensure people on their premises are safe. Closing a car park due to inclement weather is not the answer – the necessary safety measures are needed.

Testimonial:

"Shilpa was professional, realistic, and unflappable. Shilpa managed to persuade a reluctant witness to come forward to support my case. She obviously knows her subject very well."
