The family team at Osbornes will be exhibiting at The Alternative Parenting Show, this year taking place in London on Saturday 20thSeptember 2014.
The show provides valuable information to same-sex and heterosexual couples and single men and women on how to have a family. Topics of discussions include surrogacy, fertility, co-parenting and fostering and adoption. On the day there will also be a series of seminars and focus groups where delegates can explore the areas that interest them in more detail.
The show is sponsored by The Women’s Clinic and other exhibitors include different charitable organisations and fertility clinics.
Naomi Angell, head of the adoption and surrogacy team at Osbornes comments:
“In today’s society the family nucleus is made up of differing combinations, the common denominator being that each family can and wants to provide a loving home for children. The alternative parenting show is key for providing families with the relevant information they need in order to make this a reality. The process however can often seem long, daunting and costly so having the chance to speak with legal providers and other key individuals who families will need to engage with at some point in their journey is of great benefit.
The adoption and surrogacy team at Osbornes are internationally renowned and it makes absolute sense for us to be at this event. We look forward to speaking and assisting the families present on the day”.
Naomi is ranked in the independent legal directories, Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 as a leading solicitor in family law. The latest issue of the directory described Naomi as “leading the market in cross-border children law matters”. And as being “at the cutting edge of changing law and policy when it comes to international adoption”.
