Stuart Kightley, joint head of the personal injury department at Osbornes has been appointed to the position of secretary at the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). APIL is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to campaigning for improvements in the law to help individuals who are injured or become ill through no point of their own.

APIL has become the leading, most respected organisation in this field, constantly working to promote and develop expertise in the practice of personal injury law, for the benefit of injured people.
