Jodi Newton of our Clinical Negligence Department, as a specialist solicitor in birth and child brain injury cases, was invited by APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) to write an article about the NHS Early Notification Scheme which is a procedure to investigate incidents where babies have suffered potentially serious brain damage at or around the time of their delivery.
